Parish Picnic: Thanks to an overwhelming response to our 2nd call for volunteers, our Parish picnic will take place as scheduled on Sunday, June 29th at the Curinga Club. These volunteers come to us full of energy, ideas and the willingness to make the picnic happen.

I know by the amount of enthusiasm and volunteers’ desire to help, our picnic will be the best ever. Here are some of the fun events we’re planning:

* An under -14 soccer game from 2 – 3 pm
* An adult soccer game starting at 6pm. Please contact Tony D’Oria at 519-681-9795 or Martha Macuase at mmacuase@golsclub.com to register to play.
* At 3pm, on the big screen, the final European championship soccer game will be shown. Throughout the day there will also be other games and attractions like: piñata, meet a magic man, bocce, a watermelon eating contest etc.

Great music, great food; pizza, sausages, hamburgers and chicken, at moderate prices and free hot dogs for children under 12. We hope to see everyone there!
