From Fr. Joseph
This weekend, tax receipts for your donation to the parish for the year 2011 will be available to pick-up in the parish hall. It took few days for our secretary and one of our volunteers to prepare them and I am grateful to them for all their hard work. As I personally signed over a thousand tax receipts, I had the opportunity once again to link familiar faces to their respective names, as well as recognize the contributions made to the parish. I want to thank all of you who support the parish according to your means.
This Sunday, during the noon Mass, I will bless the image of Blessed Giorgio Frassati, Blessed Frassati has been chosen as patron and role model of young people in our parish. We pray that Blessed Giorgio Frassati, will intercede for all of our young people.

Eighteen engaged couples will spend time together in prayer, reflection and discussion on the gift of love and commitment they will be making in the Sacrament of Marriage. I know from previous years how much couples have enjoyed and benefited from this time spent together. It also takes a lot of time to co-ordinate, prepare and run such a course. I would like sincerely thank Chris and Mary Metron for their leadership, Lisa DeMarco and all host couples who will be helping out this weekend. Please keep the host and engaged couples in your prayers.
